My story is one of learning how to be true to myself and live a life that actually works around who I am. 
I have gradually moved from my head to my heart, from logic to intuition, from numbness to joy, from fighting myself to liking myself, from inner distress to inner peace, from putting my power outside myself to owning who I am and what I am here to do.

I have ‘healed’ from depression, symptoms of PTSD, lack of confidence, my past, my witch wounds, my other past lives, and most of the other things I now help my clients with. I can’t pretend it has been easy, or terribly quick. But nor do I believe it was all by accident. It would be my honour to help you find the short cuts to doing the same.

Healers, therapists, undercover witches, empty nesters, people setting up businesses, people healing from trauma, and people finding their path. I love to help them all.

When I am not ‘healing’, you can usually find me walking or swimming somewhere beautiful in nature -whether it’s my garden, the canal near my house in Buckinghamshire, the Alps or somewhere else, usually with a book or a journal in hand.
